security threats

today we all use the internet for many routine works and either professional works. and I can't imagine browsing the web without any security programs! an antivirus, a firewall and other security tools like anti spywares and so on ... . in fact security threats are increasing insanely. so you as a user have to use safe browsers ( like Mozilla Firefox & Opera and I really recommend not to use IE at all (I even blocked it by my firewall) ) with use of good security tools that really keeps you up to date and ready for new online and offline threats. one of the best solutions is to use of tools like Kaspersky Internet Security or NODE32 Smart Security & so on. such tools merged all the security tools in to one package with good integrity.
it might worth it to buy a commercial key for your Kaspersky Internet Security (that i'm sure it does). but some of users prefer to use other ways to use the software. there is a tool called KKP (Kaspersky Key Finder) that helps users to find active keys that are still usable. most of you guys know that the key will work for a short time and then again story starts from the begin; (it means the key is black listed) actually it is time to find another activation key! in the link below you can see how does KKP work!
http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2008/10/24/investigating-how-kaspersky-key-finder-finds-and-downloads-kaspersky-keys/

so if you've read the link above, you already know that this program uses a static database updating manually and are hosting on free web hosting servers. so this program may stop working suddenly and there is no guaranty to keep it working.

by the way I really prefer to buy a legal copy!

the Wishes

be careful what you wish for ... it might come true

be careful what you wish for ... you might regret it

be careful ...

hey guys it's very important what you wish for, because it really affects your life.

you know in theory we are the abstract of our body's energy & our energy continues infinitely! this theory was proposed by Dr. Hesaby ("Infinitely extended particles" theory in 1975). if we believe that, i think it is possible to affect things even by thinking and concentrating! i know it's too complicated and hard to believe but not impossible!

i'm not in physics science or metaphysics. but it's just a thought, i think we can use our energy and when we wish for something in fact we are concentrating and focusing on something and indirectly using our energy to achieve it. so be careful about your wishes! good luck

and hey look at that funny picture heh ...!!!

Note that this program requires .NET Framework v3.5 to be installed.

but if you still wanna use the online version here is another one with ability to convert Hijri dates also.

speed up your BT client

if you are one of the BT (bittorrent) users like me , then here is a tip for you!
as you already know BT or other p2p clients make many TCP connections simultaneously. in Windows XP or Windows XP sp1 there was no problem with that, but in windows xp sp2 or sp3 or Vista Microsoft has limited the number of simultaneous TCP connection attemps to speed down the spreading of computer worms. with this limit you can have only 10 attemps per seconds to make connections.

do you want to see if you have any problems with this limitation? and is it slowing you down? so go to the System log in Event viewer of Administrative Tools in Control Pannel and look for tcpip warning. Event Code is 4226 and description says: "TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts."

there are patches to remove this limit. the patchers will replace the tcpip.sys file with the new one. you can get a backup of your original tcpip.sys file. patchers will increase the number of HALF-OPEN connections. meaning you can TRY to connect faster to more IPs/Ports.

win xp sp3 pather: http://hwrms.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/tcpip-patcher.exe
in this patcher you can set the maximum value by yourself. note that default value in Win xp without limitation was 65535.

for win xp sp2: http://www.lvllord.de/?lang=en&url=downloads
this patcher by default sets the value to 50.

this must change the internet speed a little bit, specially for p2p file sharing clients.

BSOD ?! oh no!

Hi every body

it has been a while i was experiencing a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) in windows xp sp3. but recently i got ride of it!

when you see such a disappointing screen (what a pain in the ass!), you should think about having a hardware problem (specialy your RAM or PSU), or a bad driver, or even maybe it's a software problem. but this is more offten about your RAM. maybe you need to configure your RAM parameters in your motherboard's BIOS manualy.

so first of all you need to check your RAM. you can test your RAM with memtest86+ program.it's a diagnostic tool to test your RAM. you need to let it go for at least 7-8 times pass. if you see any errors then it's your RAM. anyway it's a free software that you can download it or check it out here: http://www.memtest.org

i don't wanna write a compelete trouble shouting reference about this problem, but there is some references about it on the web. i'm sure you will find it if you realy need it, right?

just some notes: all the BSODs aren't about the same problem. so you can go to the system events log in the Administrative tools on your control pannel and find the error code and (if needed) a mini dump of your memory. for the meaning of error codes you can go here: http://aumha.org/a/stop.htm

that website has some other useful information about such crappy problems too. i hope this help.

bye 4 now
